Can't Create New Pages Via Front End When Joomla is Installed In A Sub Folder

My joomla install is in a sub folder and can't create new pages via front end and also cannot assign page to menu as a sub menu item via the front end also.

Something to note, my joomla install is in a sub folder. Joomla config doesn't have a set url field so i'm assuming I have to do something in the htaccess file?
