hi i study this document: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/overview and i see: Start by logging into the backend of your SP Page Builder website. is it possible create from front end of joomla any collection? if not, is there any plan?

Apolozy for the inconvenience. No, it is not possible to create a collection from the frontend of Joomla using SP Page Builder. You must log in to the backend to manage and create collections. There are no plans to introduce this functionality.
