Thank you for your query. Sorry, that option in Pagebuilder Form doesn't exist, due to security reasons. You can use Convert Forms (tassos.gr) which has both free and pro version. You can use it in your SPPB pages and modules as well. You can also search on Joomla Extension Directory for any third-party solution, as per your convenience.
