Recommendation for a file download-system, which works with SPPB?

Asked by Alexander Schuch 5 years ago Last activity 5 years ago

I was wondering, if anyone has a recommendation for a good file download system, which works together with SPPB?

I tried OSDownload, but I can´t use it together with SPPB, as it doesnt allow to add button code like below in text within SPPB:

{osdownloads download_button 1 "Download"}

This will be shown as code, not as button on frontend. I also tried to add this code into a Module, set the module to "Prepare Content", and then integrated the module within SPPB, but same result: It only shows the code.

Thanks

Hi All,
Just a question, or proposal for improvement. How is it possible to know how much time a file was downloaded ? (for example, a text below or somewhere else like "this file was downloaded X times" )
Thanks
