IMPORTANT: API Issue With Opt-in Form Using SendinBlue

Hi friends,
I created a support ticket about two weeks ago, because the opt-in form was not working with SendinBlue.
I finally managed to get it working but only if I use the API v2 keys. It does not work if I use the API v3.
This is a problem because API v2 will be obsolete very soon.
SendinBlue states the following:
"API v2 will stop working on June 25th 2021. It should not be used in new development.
Read more here: https://developers.sendinblue.com/docs/migration-guide-for-api-v2-users-1 "
I would really appreciate if you can please take note of this and update the opt-in add-on.
By the way, the form works but the name field is not added to SendinBlue. (In other words, the email is added to SendinBlue mailing list, but not the name.).
Is there a way of manually mapping the name field to my contact list in SendinBlue?

Download the site.php file and replace the site.php file on this file location

I updated to version 3 of the SendinBlue API key and it worked =)
There is one pending issue:
The name is not being added to SendinBlue, only the email address.
Please can you advise?
