Transperent Image In The Foreground

I would like to design a header with a transparent image and a video in the background. In the line option the video is in the foreground I have taken the image as an addon.
My question is how can I set a transperency of e.g. 50% opacity.

Accepted AnswerHi Josef, You have two options:
- Use transparency png file (Using Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic tool you can change transparency of any image, save as 24 bit png file)
- Or use Custom CSS code

On my eye 50% maybe too high value, 70% (0.7)-80%(0.8) is much better.
