Good afternoon!
On the website updated the SP Page Builder version to 3.8.6. The key is installed on the site, but the SP Page is not updated to the Pro version. There is a Lite version.

If you have pro on .xml filename - Now will be OK in the future. Don't worry. Thanks for checking.

Hi Alex,

It's because your Joomla in the database still keeps the old update path.

Это потому, что ваша Joomla в базе данных все еще хранит старый путь обновления.

Please:

Download SPPB Pro package from our website and reinstall on your site.
Then use PHPMyAdmin and search in database phrase:

https://www.joomshaper.com/updates/com-sp-page-builder-free.xml

Then update with :

https://www.joomshaper.com/updates/com-sp-page-builder-pro.xml

Save changes. Next time update will be to Pro version.

I didn't understand how to find the phrase in phpMyAdmin.

There is search option, here is screenshot from my Polish version

AND

Result should be in a table named: prefix _update_sites, then you have to edit item and update link.

As alternative you can use extension: DB Replacer (Free) from RegularLabs > search in table "update_sites"

Good evening ! Perhaps the translator does not translate accurately. I can 't find the line in the database : com-sp-page-builder-free.xml . Please give me a screenshot of how it looks like for you. Thank you in advance!

maybe you don't have "-free.xml" anymore after last update, but only "-pro.xml" as it should be.

Alternative way - just browse table "prefix_update_sites" to find

then check "location" record.

Yes, really, com-sp-page-builder-free.xml - there wasn't. Made a request in the database for a file - com-sp-page-builder-pro.xml and I found him. Then suddenly everything started working, I didn't even understand why. Will this happen with all updates , or does it not happen often ? Thank you for helping me figure it out!
