Sp Page Builder Via Template And Licensing

Have a question regarding SP Page Builder Pro provided with the Newsberg template demo site. My joomshaper account currently gives me access to all templates, and I obtained and installed the Newsberg demo site, and it included SP Page Builder Pro, and have been using it within that installed site. I see the license key setting in Joomla Global Settings for SP Page Builder Pro is set to "demo", and wanted to confirm I'm allowed to use this demo site installation and all tools it came with including the SP Page Builder Pro features included with the demo license key, and can continue to do so "forever," whether I continue my subscription or not, and whether I choose to increase my subscription to include SP Page Builder Pro or not (I assume increasing my subscription would provide fuller access to SP Page Builder Pro tools and features).
Getting ready to "go live" with a web site built from the Newsberg demo installation and want to be sure I'm not at risk of anything expiring or becoming unusable.

Your subscription will be a one-time payment. You will not need to renew later to keep using end-products. But if you need updates and support after the expiration then you need to renew the subscription.
If you have subscribed to a Templates and Extensions plan, and installed the quickstart pack of a template, then you will get all the necessary components within it even the SP Page Builder pro too, as you have got it already.
You have a license key, and it is within your JoomShaper dashboard. So you can use the license key in your SP Page Builder pro global configuration.

One follow-up quesiton - the FAQ on "What happens after my subscription runs out?" states in the last sentence "once the subscription expires, the Pro license key becomes invalid." So not sure what that means with the 'demo' key, and what if anything within SP Page Builder Pro may or may not be affected when the subscription runs out...? I assume the 'demo' key does not really expire but want to confirm.

There is no demo key actually, or I am not getting what you called as demo key. There is only one license key for each subscription, which you can get from your JoomShaper Dashboard. Here is a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/trJJoM3_pBWo
You will be able to use all the pro addons of SPPB and can edit, modify and create new pages, even after the subscription ends, but the layout bundles and premade blocks will not work as they are related to the active license key.
Also, As I said earlier, Your subscription will be a one-time payment. You will not need to renew later to keep using end-products. But if you need updates and support after the expiration then you need to renew the subscription.
