Forms do Not Work

Hello, the forms of my website do not send a mail. Can you help me to resolve this problem. I already tried a lot: Here are the pages with forms:

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked default form builder and it works fine. Your email body is not correct. Please compare with the default form builder body email part.
Field name should be small letter and field name should use body email part.
