again I got a PHP warning on my site

(PHP 7.4 is approaching End–of–Life Your site is currently using PHP 7.4.29. This version of PHP has entered its “Security maintenance” phase since Saturday, 28 May 2022 and has stopped receiving bug fixes. It will stop receiving security updates on Monday, 28 November 2022 at which point it will be unsuitable for use on a live site. We recommend updating to a newer PHP version as soon as possible.)

I have previously had issues with SPPB when updating PHP - what version is safe these days ?
