Form Builder does Not Work On PHP 8.1

Hello there.
I'm using Artion and SP Page Builder on www.josep.at and I've got a huge problem with PHP 8.1: The form builder (footer) doesn't work under 8.1, the form is not able to send.
The website is now on PHP 7.4 and the form is running smoothly. But as soon as we change to 8.1, the problem occurs.
Why is that? Could you check please? Thanks!

Accepted AnswerHello. I also have a similar problem. When submitting the form, it moves to the top of the page. It was working without a problem until a few days ago.
I've already tried changing php and clearing the cache, but it didn't help. I will be very grateful for help in solving the problem.

Accepted AnswerThank you, I replaced the existing from by a new one from the page builder, the first one didn't send any emails, but the lst one is working properly.
