There is no options from SP Page Builder to use meta keywords. This settings are mostly in the templates. You have to find your way. Unfortunately, we do not provide customization support.

Please go to Tools->Page Settings->SEO from your frontend editor panel, then you will find field to input your Keywords and meta description. Here is a screenshot of your desire option:
