Newsberg And SP Author

Hello, I'm using Newsberg which uses (joomla 4) SP Author. I installed the component, but it doesn't work in the article footer. If I tell him to publish the Author, even if I enter the information, the Gravatar icon and username appear but nothing else. The information does not even appear on the authors page.
Same problem with the Quick Install too. I only see it working in your online version.

Would you please check if you have enabled the option inside blog tab of your Template Options?
Note: Path (Joomla 3): Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then Blog > Details > Author Info: Yes/No (to display or hide)

Accepted AnswerYes, I set everything as per Quick Install that I installed on my space. It doesn't even work from Quick Install, nor on the production site. I see it only working on your online version.
If I set the Author List page, it doesn't show any author, and not even an article (there is only one user, but he doesn't show either).
At the bottom of the articles it just shows this:
