Changing What is Written In The Opt-In Addon Boxes

Hi guys :)

How can I change what is written in the boxes for the Opt-In Addon? I would like to change "Nom" (Last Name in french) to "Prénom" (First Name in french).

Also, I would like to change the message that opens up in green under the Opt-In Form when people click on the subscribe button. But it is a html code and I don't know how to change it...

Is it possible to change these things? If yes, how can I do it?
