Migrate To New Template

Hi, I have a web page based on HelixUltimate basic. I want to install a new template Artion. How can install a new template with design so can use it on my web page but have all extensions, content, menus ... from the previous install? Is there any other easiest/fastest way, except, to install quickstart to a subdomain and migrate manually all to it?

if you would install only template - all old & current content will stay as they are now, no demo data.
My suggestion: On the test subdomain (create a new one) you can install Artion quickstart and export-import pages from it or just preview how something was done, I think it's the safest & easy way.
In Joomla by default you cannot install QS on current site and keep old content with new demo one.
