Tried and installed joomla 3.x package fo the onepage template. The first impression is, that everything works. So the combination of Joomla 4 and SPPageBuilderPro seems to have some trouble. I don't want to use Joomla 3.x, so I chose a template, which were compatible with Joomla 4.

I think it is not. So please fix it or I have to seek a refund, because it (the Joomla 4 quickstart package) is obviously broken and not usable in contrast to the Joomla 3.x quickstart package.

By the way: Where can I find the support ticket system or is the forum misused as such?

Ok, did ONE(!) change in SPPageBuilder Pro (removed a slide from slideshow and replaced it by another default image, the blue one). Effect of this: My site ist down and "error" occurs on a white screen.

Now I'm very disappointed. No one answers to me here, no support anywhere. I've never seen such a bad template with errors like this. Full of bugs and no one seems to be responsible.

I think PayPal's buyer protection will help....

I am not from the support.
Are you using PHP8 on your server?
Most of the Templates and Extensions from joomshaper are not PHP8 ready.
If yes, then please try downgrading to PHP 7.4.

If possible, could you check the php error log for errors?
This would help us community developers to locate the issue, without a administrator access.

Unfortunately, the change to php 7.4 did not bring the desired result. If I make changes in the PageBuilder, the website is then no longer accessible. The server returns a 500 error from Joomla. Backend still works, also the preview of the posts etc.

one of the problems are the php security settings.

At the moment open_basedir is configured and this prevents the helix3 from compiling the css.
If you disable open_basedir, this warning should not occur anymore.
This could also resolve the 500 error, but i am not sure about this.
Because the error-log does not show any php-errors, only warnings.

This warning is because of the helix3-framework not delivering the parameters in the way, joomla is awaiting them.
This should also not result in a php-error with code 500, when php 7.4 is used.
With php8 this changed from a warning to a error.

Please provide a super-admin access to @Toufiq within the hidden content, he can then enable the debug mode and find the issue.
With the enabled debug-mode, joomla will provide the file and the tree, where the error 500 occurs.

thank your for your answer and help. I contacted my webhoster, because in plesk I'm not allowed to change the open_basedir setting. I also provided login data to Toufiq, so he is able to have a look as SuperUser.
