There is an updated version of Joomla! available for download.

Joomla! version currently installed: 4.0.3 Joomla! version available for installation: 4.1.4

Can I install the update without taking the risk of my theme crashing?

I use: Quickstart Joomla 4 / templates waynecorp https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/waynecorp

Hello

Thank you for your query. The latest version of Waynecorp template (v 2.0.0) is compatible with Joomla 4.0.3 as you can see here: https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/template/waynecorp It is better to not update for now. If you want to update it for test purpose, you can try that but please make sure to keep a backup before doing so.
