Use An Element Of The Ares Murphy Template In Joomla 4

Hi all,

I am using Joomla 4, but I want to use an element of the Ares Murphy Template on my website. It is the element on top with the matrix of picture and when you move the mouse over it it turns into a link. Could you please give me some guidance how I can (which what elements) build that up with Pagebuilder?

how could I give you a demo of that? I have not implemented it yet, that was my question. And the template is one of yours, so, you should actually know how it works?
