Page Builder Cannot Be Called Up Directly

Page builder can not be called up directly after update Joomla3 to Joomla 4. Menu item "Page builder" is in blue colour and cannot be clicked

Hi Klaus,

becuase this is module for J3 only - and should be disabled & uninstalled.
