Where is the documention for ANY template install?

Do you have to have helix installed (yes) but there is no way to know this as there is no documentation.

What is the JSON file in the download list for and where do you place it? Again simple documentation would remedy this.

When you charge money for software do you actually provide internal support for it or do you just rely on the community to do it for you?

Why is the color set from the demo not included in the template. Or if it is where is the documentation to load it.

Why is the menu not rendered in the header when it is in the demo?

Why are your help desk staff not empowered to answer the most basic questions and why is ripping off the Joomla default template installation instructions as close as you get to doumenting your "paid for" products?

In what universe is the only supported template install method a full Joomla install in order to get the template settings and then you are expected to copy all your original content back in or reveser engineer from a standalone site. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

Joomshaper Templates are a rip off as they have NO DOCUMENTATION. Helix looks quite good ... and since you will to reverse engineer the templates anyway as Joomshaper do not support installing templates on an existing site just a full default Joomla install with the template ... you should save your money and use the free helix and DIY.
