"CHECKED OUT" FROM FRONT-END PAGE BUILDER EDITOR

Good afternoon,
When I am logged into SP Pagebuilder front-end editor and I try to edit an article, very often I cannot enter and make changes because in the upper right side of the page a blue button saying "Checked out" appears.
Does any one of you know why this problem occurs?
