Equal Height Option does Not Show

Hi there I have the latest version of Pagebuilder installed (3.7.9) and using the Newsberg template. when I create a row with columns I dont have the option of Equal height as shown in the documentation https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-2-x/how-to-use-columns-equal-height.

I have re-installed pagebuilder but still no luck

I have also checked one of my other sites and the Equal Heights option does not show

I just installed a clean copy of the latest finion quickstart template and the equal heights option is not there either.
