Row Option - Background Image: Safari Ok, Others Not

Hello,
I have placed a photo as background in a row on my website (row options > background image). Safari displays the image: https://prnt.sc/E2B_HBMZy8wD Link to the website: https://water-for-africa.org/en/ and then scroll down.
Google Chrome and Firefox do not show the background image: https://prnt.sc/svCe45QCvAWK
Joomla Template: HOPE - latest version SP PageBuilder Pro 3.8.7 Joomla 4.1.5
