1. When your Article SPPB tab is empty and you start editing - then you will get access to import

2. Right now we are testing "stable" version - so should be published soon. But please note that it will be 4.0.0.

The pro version of JCE climbs over the top edge when editing and cannot be moved down. Will there be some element for which it will be possible to move the settings windows around the screen?

For sure you have to disable all not needed icons from JCE toolbar. I guess 50% of them you will never use. Then window should fit better. By now it's the only way.

Can't you just make it possible to expand the editor window? It's too narrow now.
