Home & Contact Us Form is Not Working - No Email Received After Filling Out The Form

I have tried everything and for some reason the form on the home page https://hoffmannholderinsurance.ca/ and Contact Us page - https://hoffmannholderinsurance.ca/contact-us.html - is not sending an email once they are filled out. I also have a form on the Make a Payment page - https://hoffmannholderinsurance.ca/make-a-payment.html and it's working. Why aren't these 2 forms working correctly?

Accepted AnswerThank you, the contact us page form is working correctly now. But the contact form on the home page is still giving the Prohibited input U+00000020 error. Do you know why?
