How To Modify Successful Submission With Opt-in Form

Hello friends,

When a user successfully completes the opt-form, the following message appears:

"Your subscription to our list has been confirmed. Thank you for subscribing!"

That is fine but my website is in Spanish, so where / how do I modify this message please?

Also, for the name field, is there a way to change the placeholder value from "Name" to something else? ("Nombre" in Spanish, in my case)

Please go to: \language\en-GB\en-GB.com_sppagebuilder.ini

And find out "Name", "Email" , and the line: "Your subscription to our list has been confirmed. Thank you for subscribing!" And change them with your desired text. https://prnt.sc/z0awov
