I requested help yesterday on someone else's question and haven't received any response. I've created a new ticket in hopes of getting support.

I was able to fix this myself by installing version 3.8.7 over the top of the failed 4.01 install and then applied the 4.01 update. Get your act together Joomshaper. Support really sucks.

Still no support. What is wrong with this company when they release a version that breaks everything and then fail to provide support?

Tad, Thank you for sharing your solution. I followed the steps you suggested. The front side works now but SP page builder doesn't.
