Thanks for you response.

I guess translation is confusing on your site. InfoBox is the dutch name and is called in the English language as Feature Box. This is a default Addon of Joomshape (as far as I know).

I changed the Joomla default language to English so its better understandable.

So to solve.

Addons made in version 3 ar not compatible with 4? If so, where can is see the new documentation?

This is not answer on the featurebox (infobox issue). InfoBox (Featurebox) is your addon. As you see I'm not the only on (also @fabiana).

I remvode the module and made a new one. First it look good. All edit boxes on proper place. But after saving, closing and edit again, the featurebox dialog is on the fron position.

Also what detect:

• Chaning the size of the icon has no direct visible influence. When not editing it look good. But editing gives large icon.
• In edit mode alinging the content left left it still shows centered.

Mebe that has also todo with this issue, beacuse it's in edit mode.

Btw, to be sure it's not my template issue, I installed HelixUltimate (latest), and did the same tests with that template. Result the same.

It is the same as before. It has not been changed. But for the confinius it's again in the hidden content.

Last night upgrade Pagebuilder to the latest version. It's not 4.0.2.

BTW Installed Helix Ultimate on this domein. You can change it as default tempalte if you like.

Please check now the module edit.

it seems you have deleted the home page and al sp pagebuilder module.

Editing the homepage is not possible. I get an empty screen. Even I see in the fronend the slider.

It seems something went wrong.

There was module and the module was modified by your end. I just uninstalled the Page Builder and re-installed the Page Builder. Thanks

Which module was changed on my end (I'm sure it wasn't).

The template was working on PageBuiler 3, but I did an upgrade to pagebuilder 4 and it was not proper lined out (for that I made an other ticket).

Regarding this issue, unistall en reinstall didn't solved the issue.

I made a new module called Sleutellabels Megamenu Module. Editing looked nice. Everything was lineout properly. Becuase this module is used in the megamenu, I added in there.

After that I edit again the module and result was shocking. Again the edit boxes where not good. Afte decouple the module from the megamenu it worked again.

Due to the fact the you are using fronend editig this means that the module is showed on two places (in the edit field and hidden in the MegaMenu). Due to the fact hte megamenu is hidden by defauklt I guess you read that position instead of the editing one.

So I guess there is it going wrong..

Both exactly the same result. It has todo with the offset calculation. If you look into the generated code, see a top position that the left position is negative and to top position to heig (left: -221.5px and top: 57.5px)

Why did you remove the module?

It was looking fine on your site, you thought it was that addon from me. Well I can tell you that is not.

AFter our session I saw that the Joomla Module was gone. So I build it up again. The steps are:

• Goto Joomla Backend
• Go to Content and select Site Modules
• Add a new Module called sp page builder. Give it a name and save it.
• Edit that module
• Add new row 12 wide
• Add heading addin in the row
• Add feature box addon with the following settings:
  • Icon: fas fa-circle | Position: left | size: 5
  • Title: what every you like | size: 15 | Line Height: 22
  • Content: empty | size: 0 | Line height: 0
  • contact alignment left
  • url: what ever you want
• Copy the addons several times

If you now edt the module it looks fine.

Go back to the Joomla backend

• Select system
• Choose Site Template styles
• Select shop123 (as my default), but you can also select Helixultimate (make default before).
• CLick on template options
• Select menu
• Under Main Menu behind Assortiment click on Mega Menu Option (last icon)
• Add the Just made Module
• Click on save
• Save the settings of the template and close the helix settings.
• Goto Content > Site modules
• Edit the above made module
• Now you see the position is again on the wrong possition.

As soon as you detach the module of the maga menu it is working again.

This proofs it has nothing todo with my plugin (although an other post I made have some questions about it).

I my opion it has todo because the module is used in the megamenu and then you have two megamenu's active.

From the beginning I was explaining this.

So what will be the solution?

Any answer yet? Why so slow? I had hope this morning, but again it is still. Given an answer should not be hard.

Hallelujah, finally a recognition of the bug. It's just a pity that this took so long. Maybe next time watch the film completely and go through all the steps? Then this error would have been known earlier and perhaps solved.
