Hi Christopher,

Your ERROR is in back-end of Joomla, it means that it's in Isis template area (belongs to Joomla core). It seems to be a Component error, not template. Maybe you have old version etc.

So I strongly recommend contacting with techjoomla(.com) developer this time.
