Hi,

To be honest, I used few Form Builders in last couple of years, and none of them had typical checking feature. Maybe only suggestion to check if mail is working fine during creating a a new form etc. All they had is storing sent messages in database as records. Which is useful, I fully agree.

So I am not sure how that feature should work, Any suggestions, inspirations?

For me it is important that the form keeps a record for me and that is why I am using a different component for the contact form. The appearance in the administration is what you can see in the image. There is simply a dropdown at the top where you can select the form to consult and then it shows you all the records made and their corresponding fields.

This is the essential. More things can be done but they are not essential, for example: you can select which fields it shows you in the list, you can export the result to an excel, if the field is an attached file you can click on it and it shows you the document in a new window or download it,....

I would really like to use Page Builder's contact form because the design is great but without this functionality I can't do it unfortunately

OK, yes this view/feature exist in RSforms, Convert Forms, BreezingForms, JSN Forms etc.... but as I know we do not plan do add such a records keeper. Sorry, Form Builder addon is still basic form. But sure, I understand that it would be eaiser to keep all major features in one component.

I thought that you wanted sort of e-mail tester if messages are always send to site owner etc.

By now it's all I can help.
