Property 'mime_type' Error With Helix 3

Helix 3 - after upgrade to Joomla 4, I get the following error when trying to upload/change image i.e. favicon, background image or logo:
Property 'mime_type' of argument 'item' of event onFetchMediaItems has a wrong item. Valid: string
The window that comes up will not display any other images as well, and I cannot type in the path to the image.
Sp Page Builder works normally.
