I'm trying to upgrade from Joomla 3.9 to Joomla 5.x and durign update the site broke and encountered a critical error that I'm struggling to resolve. The error message I'm getting is as follows:

CRITICAL error Uncaught Throwable of type Error thrown with message "Cannot access protected property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$params". Stack trace: #0 [ROOT]/plugins/system/helix3/core/helix3.php(255): Helix3FeatureTitle->renderFeature()

Here's a brief overview of my setup:

• Joomla version: (specify your Joomla version, e.g., 3.9.x or 4.x)
• PHP version: 8.0
• Helix3 framework - 3.0.5

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to fix this error and complete my upgrade?
