As first step you have to turn on debug mode and set showing errors to maximum to see details.

You also forget to tell us a full template name!

In most cases to fix it, you have to:

1. Update Helix3 plugin
2. Download Helix3 template (raw Helix3) or Helix3 Quickstart
3. Using FTP override all files from /features folder to your installed template, for example: templates\shaper_NAME\features
