0 Cannot Access Protected Property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$params

After renewing the subscription, upgrading Melvin template to latest version, upgrading SPPB upgrading joomla to version 4.2.2
i am getting below error ;
" 0 Cannot access protected property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$params "
Older Versions:
SPPB: 3.0.2 shaper_melvin version 1.0 Joomla: 3.10
