1. SPPB 4.0.x or SPPB 3.8.x ?
2. Joomla 4.x or Joomla 3.10
3. Please share access to admin area

If we talk about SPPB 4.0.x and Joomla 3.10 only - please:

1. Download that admin module : mod_sppagebuilder4_admin_menu_j3.zip
2. Select "menu" position and Publish it

I use Joomla 4.1.5 and SP Page builder 3.8.8

All is clear. Old menu module was only for Joomla 3.10.x it doesn't work for Joomla 4.1.

In current Joomla - Page Builder is as it was in Components tabs and only there!

Maybe in near future we will create SPPB 3.x module also for Joomla 4.x but not this week. By now use what you have already.
