Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Ok But the issue is if you want it exactly like this then you need customization. You have to customize it yourself as we do not provide customization support. Hope you understand.
