When you are in edit mode and you click on an image to change it, the dialogue box disappeares when you select to browse from FOLDER, I dont know why that happens

more like when you click MEDIA > Upload FIles

All Items Images Video Audio Attachments FOLDERS the moment you select Folders in that option everything disappears
