the template is not updated via the joomla admin panel

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Did you try to click on that link, please? It should download the template file and you can install it manually through the Extensions>Manage>Install from your Joomla admin panel.

Or, you can download the medico pack from here and install it over the existing one:

https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/medico

Note: Keeping full backup is always recommended!
