Is The Addons Showcase Ticker Thing On The Sp Page Builder Main Page Built Using A Page Builder Pro Addon?

I like the addons showcase ticker display on the main SP Page Builder page and would like to use it on one of my sites. Was this made with a standard SP Page Builder Pro addon? If so, can you give me any hints on how to create something similar?
