Hi, I made a mistake, on the website where I use languageShool template. I've updated the template languageShool and SP PageBuilder4, Then an error occurred: Error

What is the worst: I didn't make a backup Before the update start. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Hello Vojkan Okičić

You should always make a backup before any update. Anyway, let's inspect the issue. I cannot see your administrator. It is also showing Error. Please go to configuration.php file from your cPanel and turn on debug mode.

Find this line public $debug = '0';

Then make it this public $debug = '1';

Best regards

If I may....

Hosting company should have full backup - please chat with them, send support ticket. They can recover your site from yesterday status or at least give you backup files.

Dear Paul, the answer is negative, as what did I think:

I think it's good time to change hosting company! It's so weak.

Let's imagine that you have popular shop or big elearning website and this is your main source of money, and they would say, sorry, we cannot do anything > you loose money! Think 2x until it's not too late.

BTW

  1. I couldn't login to your cPanel, are you sure that login/pass is OK?
  2. How many changes you made in your site, I mean it was Quickstart installation with small changes, or you spend serveral hours of hard work already?

You are right I know all that. But unfortunately, I live in Serbia. Companies that pay me, they chose such hosting. I am attached to the contract ... which soon expires and I hope to find more valuable clients and have better conditions ...

Thanks cPanel works. I set showing errors, Check what error message you have now.

But if you installed quickstart yesterday, maybe delete and start again.
