When I run the Joomla update with the Nuron template, it can't open the update site.

I get the message: Update: Could not open update site #7 "shaper_nuron", URL: https://www.joomshaper.com/updates/shaper-nuron.xml

If I go manualy to that url I get a 404 error 'Page not Found'. Seems the xml is not availible.

I agree that should be at least empty xml file, I will ask to put it. Right now you can disable template update channel from Joomla settings.

Do not worry and just ignore that message, it's because that template do not have update yet. In Joomla settings you can also temporray disable update channel.

I understand that but it is the wrong apporche. When a end-user sees that message, he will call me. I guess it would not be hard to place the proper xml on that place.

The file is still not available, on the part of joomshaper nothing has been done yet.
The problem was first reported 8 months ago and since then nothing has happened.

Presumably an XML will become available in 4 months with the first update. Until then, the only thing to do is to ignore the message, otherwise you will not see when an update for the template becomes available. :(

With the assumption that you have not subscribed to the newsletter of Joomshaper or there should be no newsletter/blog to it.

Nevertheless, I wish you a happy and successful new year.

I wish to have oportunity to add that file myselft, but I cannot.

Nothing to worry, it's not real bug. If there will be update, you will see.

please inform the developers, the xml is still missing.
But there is a new Version available.
Without the XML, the users will not be able to update with the joomla updater.

If the customers like me don't get emails from Joomshaper that there are new updates, blogs or something like that, they don't know about the update either, unless they check the blog before a new article is written.
The last E-Mail I got from you, was on 22.09.2022.
I have checked my Mail-Server, there was not even a connection from your Mail-Server.
