Problem With Sp Page Builder Instalation

Hi. Ive a problem with Sp Page builder installation even with Sp Page builder lite After a clean instation I've got a repetitive error message in the main control panel:

"Notice: Undefined property: stdClass :: $ table_name in D: \ Apache24 \ htdocs \ clara \ administrator \ components \ com_sppagebuilder \ helpers \ maintenance.php on line 378"

It's seems a problem with the tables but Im not sure The true is that de tables are in the BD but all of them are empty

My installation settings is:

Jomla 3.9.24 PHP 7.3 Mysql 8.0.23 Last version of Sp Page Last version of Helix 3

Hi again. I've resolve the issue. In case it help someone :-) Just There is to change "table_name" by "TABLE_NAME" in line 378 of maintenance.php file
