Blur Logo (Macbook IPad/IPhone)

Hi everybody

I have been using SP Builder and the template Shaper_Helix3 for 3 years and successfully maintain our website (swiss-surgical-teams.org). Now I noticed that the PNG logo is not always displayed sharply on different devices (MacBook, IPad, IPhone). All other JPG images we display are displayed correctly.

Joomla V4.2.2 SP Builder V3.8.8 Shaper_Helix3 V3.0.2

What do I need to do or can I do to fix this problem?

Did you mean the following indicated image as logo?

If yes, then the image is looking fine at my end with a MacBook chrome browser as you can see from the screenshot.

Would you please describe the issue a little bit more with screenshot/screencast?

Hi Rashida

Yes this is the logo, and yes on Desktop or Laptop the visualisation ist ok. Not ok is it on the IPhone and IPad.

I don't no how the import and picture, so you need to have a look at your own IPad. Best regards
