Pagebuilder is not able to make new articles I have contacted Chat support with all details they could not help me an told me to go to the support forum. I can not include any error screenshots here because no picture upload from my computer is possible They told me to use Lightshot Application which i have installed but if i try to add the image here it wont work! So i asked for refund for the Pagebuilder (bought on 09/20/2022) but get no answer in Chat (Anne T.) so far It seems to me that refund is not possible from joomshaper. Means they are not willing to answer. Joomshaper support just sits this out and just doesn't give an answer to my support request in chat
