Is there a solution to keep the Ratio of Image constant?

My Site shows the Pictures like this:

(Wide-)Desktop stretch the Pic horizontally

Tablet seems to be nearly ok.

Mobile squeezes the Width.

the height option does not solve the Problem, The problem is only shifted. I would like it so that the image isn't distorted, just zoomed in when needed.
