If you have JCE Editor, please upgrade it to the latest version, clear the browser and Joomla cache and try again.

The php.ini file might set to only having 32 Mb memory. Changing it to 128 Mb can do the trick. If you are a Windows user, the path to file is /xampp/php/php.ini and is a MAC user, then /private/etc/php.ini.

Sorry, that doesnt work. I set the php.ini file to 128, and then 256, each time restarting apache and it will still not work. In addition, when I go into SP pagebuilder and click on a page fot first time I am able to see it and then close it. Every time after that if I try to close it without saving it will give me teh 500 internal server error Internal Server Error

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

After I get that message I can no longer save pages until I restart the web server. This makes it very difficult to use your template when I am just trying to do basic work.
