Not Able To Install A Template

Hi, I can't load "finance_quickstart_j4_v2.0.0" because, when I try, it gives me this message: JInstaller:: Install: The Joomla XML setup file could not be found. What can I do? (I'm using joomla 4.2.3). Thanks a lot!

Indeed, Quickstart that include Joomla cannot be installed inside current Joomla.
You forgot to read template documenation.
