SPPB3 And J4 Can Not Open Pages In Backend

Suddenly I can no longer open SPPB pages in the backend. Everything works fine in the frontend.
I'm using Joomla 4.2.3 and SPPB 3.8.8 and PHP 8.1 (already tested 8.0) On another site with SPBB 3.8.8. it works properly.
Template is Shaper Helixultimate and 'Compress Javascript files' is off. I don't use any other compression from JS. I don't use CDN. I don't use Akeeba Admintools.
I need access to the pages in SPPB to make adjustments. When I click on the 'Pages' link, I get a spinner at the top of the screen and nothing else happens.
Questions:

What's going on? And how do I solve it?

I see that there is now a version 4.0.5 and that I can download SPPB4 and put it over version 3, but is that safe? Can I still edit the created pages of version 3?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you didn't found the Page Builder 3 then you should go to download page and you will see the Page Builder 3 bottom of the page. For investigate your issue, Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue?

I don't understand your answer. I have no problem finding PageBuilder 3. I have a website where PageBuilder3 is installed and when I go there and I want to open a page, the pages are not displayed. In the meantime I have noticed that if I access the PageBuilder via the frontend, I can edit a page. However, as a Joomla developer I only work in the backend, and I want to be able to edit pages created with the Pagebuilder via the backend as well. That doesn't work now.
From other Joomlers I have now understood that SPPB4 does not work in the backend either. So for now I'm not moving to version 4. I would like a solution for version 3.
I will send login details as hidden content. And would love to hear what the solution is.

Accepted AnswerI just download your backup and checked your site on my localhost & one of my server. Both area works fine.

Accepted AnswerHello Toufiq, I see it is working on your server. There are some differences between my server and yours. You have: PHP 7.4.32, Litespeed server and another database collation. I am using PHP 8.1 and Apache.
Maybe it is the PHP version, so on my site I installed PHP 7.4.32 and then SP PageBuilder is working correct: it shows the pages in the backend. (Yes!) And I can edit them. But I have installed Joomla 4 and like to use newer PHP versions like 8.1 or 8.2. Besides that: Your PHP version, 7.4.32, is only receiving security fixes from the PHP project at this time.
Question: can you scale it up to PHP 8.1?

Firstly I have two templates in my website. One for Malay version and other one for English version. Our english version works well but our malay version got problem.
For your info, currently we use as below spesification.
1.PHP version 7.4.29 2.SP Page Builder version 4.0.5
