Inconsistant Template Packages

Sorry, but nothing's working at all. Quick installation package for template "Nuron" comes with SP Pagebuilder Lite, not Pro. Template "Melvin" comes with SP Pagebuilder 3 not 4. The actually desired template "Macro" doesn't even run on Joomla 4. I'm stuck for hours just to find out that even the update from SP Pagebuilder 3 of "Melvin" to latest version of 3 does not work because some xml file is missing on your server. But that version seems to be necessary to update to 4. This is pretty messy.
Please get me some consistant packages to work with. Preferably "Macro". Running on php 8.1.7, MySQL 8. Thanks.

Template "Melvin" comes with SP Pagebuilder 3 = yes, even that information is inside template desciption.
And it's better for you to keep that way by now.
You can update to 3.8.9 with downloaded package, that is 100% , no missing XML file inside, otherwise nobody would be able to install component. I can prove it with video.

Accepted AnswerAbout Nuron QS Package, inside code I saw that there is SPPB 3.8.6, with XML for Pro. And I remember that I installed that few months ago and was PRO inside, so I am supriced that somehow you have Lite inside?
Q: You had Lite after installation or after update few minutes later?
