Hello,
I have big problems to save my work. I create a page with SP Pagebuilder with some image carousels and accordions, edited the content of these addons and "saved page succesfully". At some random time my changes are not stored anymore, although the status is still "saved page successfully". In the edit configuration view of an item the changes are still displayed, but when I open the preview of the page or close the configuration view of an item, every changes are gone!
Is there some problem with authentification timeout? (Global setting user timeout: 3h) Or problems with caching?

Accepted AnswerI'm having the same issues, pages aren't saving. I spent a lot of time creating a page. Saving it and then going back and it is blank.

- I use 2 factor authentification for the admin login. After I login to the backend of Joomla I have to login again when I open the pagebuilder component in the backend to create/change a site?!
- The problem that changes are not saved anymore (but displayed at "page saved successful") occures at 15min after login.

Accepted AnswerJan, I think u have been logged out cos the standard Joomla login session is 15 min.
Go to System > Global Configuration > System (tab) > Session Lifetime (minutes)
Enter in a longer period i.e. 180 min

Accepted AnswerHello together, @ Joshua: i have already set the global settings for the session lifetime up to 180min and still had problems to save my SPPageBuilder work @ Toufiq: thanky you very much for your effort, it seems to be working?! I had a SPPageBuilder session with ca. 45min duration and no saving issues. That's great!
